National Experts Believe in Berks

The National Association of REALTORS® singled out the Greater Reading area as one of four locations in the country that is experiencing healthy local price gains. These sentiments were echoed in Forbes_Magazine which ranked Reading, PA, as one of ten “sizzling” housing markets that is rising in value. It stated that “Reading has the lowest urban housing prices in the country” and is an attractive location for commuters from as far away as New York.
Greater Reading was also featured on the NBC Today_Show where Barbara Corcoran, nationally known author, speaker, and real estate contributor to NBC, CNBC, and MSNBC, named Reading/Berks the #1 hottest real estate market in the country because of its affordability, great location and undiscovered value.
And PBS television’s popular series, This_Old_House, named the Centre Park Historic District in Reading as the country’s Best Place to Buy Fixer Uppers.
